Chief of Alternate Distribution Officer, PT AXA Financial Indonesia
After the merger occurred last year, Yanti Parapat is now AXA Financial Indonesia’s Chief of Alternate Distribution Officer. Mainly focus on Telemarketing, she is responsible for all strategy and sales management, also is instrumental in making strategic decisions for other channels, digital, sharia and employee benefits business.
Over these past 6 years, Yanti has brought AXA’s business to the next level and has received recognition with awards such as Top Agent AAJI 2017 1st place for Telemarketing, Digital Insurance Initiative of The Year and New Insurance Product of The Year from Asian Banking and Finance Awards for two years in a row (2016 – 2017).
With 25 years of experience in the Life Insurance Industry and General Insurance, Yanti is focusing her expertise in Sales, Marketing, Telemarketing, Customer Service, and Claims. She has a long experience in developing business with partners in both financial and non-financial sectors. Under her leadership, Alternate Channel Department of AXA Financial launches telemarketing center as a manifestation of a strategy to focus on the non-agency distribution channel.
