Tom has over 25 years experience in GI, including claims and fraud. He is responsible for fraud management across the lifecycle of commercial and personal lines GI products, including sales, underwriting and claims, and across all distribution channels. Tom’s remit involves setting GI fraud strategy, direction and best practice and delivering strategic change and new initiatives to improve end to end fraud capability to fight fraud for Aviva’s customers. Tom is a member of the Aviva’s Claims SLT and currently Chair’s the IFB Technical Board.
