In recent years Tom has focused on early stage growth ventures. He favors innovative initiatives across marketing, distribution, policy services, claims and digital transformation. All are touch points for consumers of insurance products. At Liberate, Tom focuses on leveraging AI to help in Sales, Service and Claims. Liberate operates AI agents in 70+ carriers and some of the largest brokers in the country.
