Sofia Kwarnmark is the Head of Customer and Employee journey at AXA Partners. 

With 20 years of experience in financial, life, and non-life insurance, Sofia excels in leadership, change management, innovation, and operational strategy. She has a track record of revitalizing underperforming teams and creating new ones, both in startups and global insurance giants. She has an innovative mindset with the customer and people focus at the heart of everything she does. As a leader, she fosters a culture of challenging the status quo, consistently delivering strong results. 

Before joining AXA, Sofia held management roles at Trygg-Hansa and Swiss Life. She’s also an enthusiastic entrepreneur and co-founded Sweden’s largest female insurance industry network. Sofia holds an M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering with a major in Business Development from the Royal Institute of Technology.
