Simon has worked in the UK intermediary personal lines market for 25 years, with over half that time in senior roles. Starting his career at HSBC he then joined RAC to head up their Home and Specialist insurance business followed by exec roles at over 50s providers Saga, RIAS and Castle Cover where he was an executive shareholder. After the sale of Castle Cover to Ageas, Simon undertook a number of board roles as an FCA Approved Person and joined SunLife to set up their GI business in 2015.
