Rebekah Ratliff is a mediator and arbitrator with the Judicial Arbitration and Mediation Service (JAMS), providing dispute resolution services worldwide. Ms. Ratliff is a credentialed former commercial insurance claims professional with more than 25 years of experience evaluating, negotiating and settling casualty claims loss matters, nationwide and internationally for global carriers. After leaving her claims career, she founded Capital City Mediations, LLC, a mediation, arbitration and national consulting firm. Seeing hiring and retention disparities across the industry, Ms. Ratliff founded CCM Consulting Associates, LLC, an executive level DE & I consulting, conflict resolution and training firm which offers talent placement services for Black Indigenous People of Color (BIPOC). She is an adjunct professor at Howard University School of Law and teaches insurance-focused curriculum, that she created. 

 Ms. Ratliff sits on the National Board for NAAIA (National African American Insurance Association), following her tenure as the longest serving president of NAAIA Atlanta. She is a subject matter expert for The Institutes, producing executive level educational training and programming.  Ms. Ratliff is the visionary founder of HBCU I.M.P.A.C.T. ®, a non-profit created to attract, educate and employ students at historically Black colleges and universities into careers in insurance, risk management, financial services and legal. IMPACT enables relationships and eliminates barriers to entry. Rebekah an internationally sought-after presenter, panelist, and lecturer in the insurance and legal industries. She was recently appointed as an adjunct professor at Howard University School of Law, offering insurance-related curriculum. Ms. Ratliff is a recipient of various prestigious industry awards to include Insurance Business America (IBA) Elite Women, IBA HOT 100 List, Business Insurance Women To Watch (2021) and a 7th U.S. District (IL) Congressional Award, for her work in alternative dispute resolution. Ms. Ratliff is a native of Chicago, IL, and graduate of the University of Illinois at Urbana, holding a degree in Psychology. She is based in Atlanta, GA and operates internationally.
