Paul has over 30 years’ experience in the insurance industry. As Strategy, Growth and Innovation Director, Insurance at DXC, he helps clients shape business strategy, drive digital transformation, and build strategic partner relationships. His career spans commercial broking, founding roles in early insurtech ventures, and senior digital leadership positions at organisations including esure and LV=. Paul has also held senior consultancy roles with CGI and supported San Francisco–based insurtech EIS Group. He is a widely recognised industry leader, award winner, advisory board member, and marketing judge. Outside work, he enjoys golf, paddleboarding, and following West Ham, while spending much of his time ferrying his children to various sporting events.
