Paul has over 25 year’s experience working within the insurance industry. A transformational leader who constantly delivers results and finds innovative ways to improve performance and break new ground. Proven track record of being part of leadership teams that have both founded successful start-ups and turned around established businesses into industry leading companies. 

Originally and Underwriter with Sphere Drake, Paul went on (Employee #3) to launch the successful dot.com start-up ‘Insurecom’ which was a 2002 Fast Track 100 Co. Also part of the early formation of esure Insurance responsible for the digital channels. Paul was part of the core LV= leadership team who helped turnaround a traditional business (Liverpool Victoria) into an engaging and digital enabled Brand. Prior to joining EIS, Paul spent five years at leading global tech company CGI.
