Paul joined HCL IBS in 2009 with over 30 years’ experience in the Life and Pensions Industry at a leadership level in Sales Management, Service Delivery, Business Transformation, Business Planning and Offshoring.

Prior to joining HCLIBS, Paul worked for Capita Life and Pensions as Offshore Development Director and was instrumental in migrating new customer processes to Capita India.

Prior to Capita, Paul worked for a number of companies in the Life and Pensions and outsourcing sectors including Unisys Insurance Services and Abbey Life.

Paul is a qualified Chartered Accountant.
