I have been working on TM digital transformation for quite a few years now. Started working at TM 2003 as Software engineer and 10 year later I became Head of Software development. During those years we have tried a lot of things, from our first insurance web sale platform in 2006 to our latest which launched 3 years ago. Business Development and Information technology (Software development and development of risk pricing models) have always bean very linked together and I believe that’s the key to TM success in the Digital transformation.
