Norman has spent 18 years in Life Insurance Industry and is currently the Chief Agency Officer for Syariah PT Sun Life Financial Indonesia. His previous working experience are as follows:- Head of Agency Learning Center, Head of Worksite Marketing, Project Manager for Corporate University, Regional Sales Manager (Kalimantan, West Java, Tangerang), Senior Sales Director (Kalimantan, Sulawesi, Papua).

As for professional experiences, he is the founder of Inter Sight Management (Training Management), Associate Trainer for Maxima Resources and also an Associate Trainer for Jakarta Speaker Exchange. Norman graduated from Mercubuana University in Industrial Engineering. His hobbies are adventure and sports.
