Michael joined Novae Syndicates Ltd, Axis Capital, in July 2016 as Head of Cyber Innovation and is responsible for driving innovation and product development for the Cyber portfolio. He leads and designs cyber programs for many Fortune 1000 companies across a diverse range of industry sectors as well as developing innovative insurance products in co-ordination with technology providers.
