Mike Donner is currently Head of Digital Distribution for CNA Insurance. In this role, he is responsible for leading CNA’s efforts in evaluating and implementing more efficient ways to distribute commercial insurance through the company’s independent agency network. Mike has been with CNA since 2014 and has held various leadership roles, primarily within small commercial where he is passionate about providing a better experience during the quoting and policy purchasing process; both for agencies and their customers. Today Mike is helping CNA look for ways to make the digital experience a reality for larger commercial segments as well.
