Michaela Rush, a University of Kansas graduate, began her career with Farmers Insurance in 2009 and has a wide range of experience within Auto claims. In 2017, she was recognized for being a part of the Project Team of the Year for focusing on optimizing the use of digital technology to enhance the roadside assistance customer experience. Michaela currently serves as the Glass, Tow, and Dispatch Manager at Farmers. In this role, she focuses on the continuous evolution of the Farmers Roadside program through strategic partnerships and the use of revolutionary technology. She continues to grow and improve a fully self-service, on-demand digital dispatch Towing and Roadside program for Farmers that powers some of the highest customer satisfaction rates and has significantly improved customer wait-times, resulting in higher customer loyalty.
