Matt Richard is the SVP, Head of IT for Arch Insurance Group, supporting the North American business written across all specialty commercial lines of business. In this role, Matt focuses on driving efficiencies and enabling growth from planning through delivery of functionality. Prior to taking on this role, Matt was responsible for Digital Product Management across Arch Insurance that drove strategic planning across Underwriting and Shared Services domains. Prior to Arch, Matt used his insurance and lean background to lead the North American Value Advisory practice for Guidewire to help carriers understand and quantify the value of moving from a legacy to a modern platform with efficient work management through technology. 

Matt resides in North Carolina and received his MBA from Endicott College in MA and his Bachelors from Bryant University in RI.
