Mark Broadhurst is Managing Director of DXC’s Insurance Software and BPS business in Europe. He is responsible for all aspects of DXC’s Insurance business across UK & Europe including financial performance, sales, marketing, customer experience, delivery and partners. He is passionate about delivering 

excellence, and empowering teams to ensure that DXC delivers on its commitments 

to our customers across the Insurance sector, helping them transform how they deliver the experience that today’s buyers expect, using DXC’s insurance software and services to deliver business growth. 

Mark joined DXC in November 2021, with a proven track record of success in Insurance with leadership roles in both customer and vendor organisations. 

Prior to joining DXC he was the Group Director for Insurance at Eurobase International and, in a career spanning more than 30 years, he has also held leadership roles in companies that include Aviva, Intellect Design Arena and 

Equifax.
