Marcus is a Senior Account Director at SapientRazorfish, a global business transformation partner. He has extensive experience in defining strategies and projects to instil innovation and to drive change. Before SapientRazorfish, he was the Head of Product Design at Nordnet, a Nordic bank where he was part of transforming the organization to embrace Agile methodologies, Design Thinking and Lean Startup. Over the years, he has worked with a diverse range of clients in New York, London and Stockholm, including Scandic Hotels, MTV, BT, Hanes Brands, ICA, Volvo Group and TUI.
