Luigi Barcarolo has 15 years experience in the insurance industry, working both for local companies operating in the Italian market and for a leading multinational group both in local markets and at head office level.
From 2003 to 2010 he had a broad experience in managing international projects in marketing and distribution: coordination of activities for definition of feasibility studies, business plans and launch of new distribution channels; coordination of CRM activities on international bases.
From 2010 until now he has developed a direct experience in P&C business, both Motor and Non Motor, with distinctive competences on connected insurance.
Currently he is Head of Motor Insurance, Insurance Analytics and Business Architecture in Cattolica Assicurazioni. In addition to the P&L responsibility on Motor insurance LoB, he is taking care of advanced analytics and innovation at group level.
