Lisa is responsible for strategy and delivery of change across the Liberty Insurance Europe Sales Journey for all channels, distributions, and markets, during a time of intense transformation. She is tasked with creating a leading omnichannel experience for customers, agents and partners to optimize sales, with a digital-first approach.

She joined Liberty Mutual in 2016 and initially worked as Head of Digital, looking after end to end digital customer journey from acquisition to loyalty, with a team of 21 Digital experts across Ireland, Spain and Portugal.

Prior to working in insurance, Lisa had an extensive career in the online Gaming industry. Within this industry, Lisa gained experience with delivering best in class online experiences to a high-touch international customer base while delivering strategies to succeed in an ambitious competitive market.

Lisa holds a Bachelor of Business Marketing & Management, a post-graduate diploma in Digital Marketing and professional qualifications in both insurance and agile development.
