Kjartan has been running the digitalisation program in Tryg Norway since 2017 focusing on digital customer experience and business efficiency across business units. He has been a mentor in the Tryg Explore program where start-ups are invited to come with new business ideas.

He has nine years of experience from PwC running technology related strategy-, implementation- and transformation projects in insurance and banking industry. He has worked on projects handling digital customer journeys, process efficiency, improved architecture, IT optimizing, sourcing, reorganization, and improved utilisation of technology in more than 20 years.
