With 20+ years of experience, she has a proven track record of leading cross-divisional teams and executing strategic change. She has led projects providing extensive value in the insurance and financial services industries, both as a consultant and a senior leader on the corporate side. Kate partners with companies to help them meet their goals by solving problems, generating demand-driven growth, and coordinating between different organizational areas to drive change. Kate founded her own firm, Wade Strategy in 2017, specializing in growth strategy and innovation. She also held senior management roles at Allstate, Arthur J. Gallagher, and Accenture’s strategy division. Kate was a strategy consultant at The Boston Consulting Group (BCG) and The Cambridge Group (TCG). Kate received an MBA with honors from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business in Strategy, Marketing Management, and Operations, and a bachelor’s from the University of Chicago in “Law, Letters, and Society” and American History.
