Kartina holds an MA degree in Marketing Communications from Bournemouth University, UK. Prior to that, Kartina completed her bachelor degree at University of North Sumatera, majoring in Communication Science where she graduated Cum Laude. Started her first career with PT Prudential Life Assurance in Bancassurance, she has more than 20 years of experience in financial services industry to undertaking critical leading role in Marketing, Strategic Communications, Digital Marketing and Customer Experience as well as Digital Learning. Her last position was SVP, Head of Digital & Marketing. Kartina is currently pursuing her Doctoral degree.

Part of Kartina’s leading projects during her professional career include corporate rebranding, corporate reputation building, corporate partnership, digital marketing establishment and customer experience empowerment, digital learning capabilities and many more. Strengthen with her professional experiences, for her scholar works, Kartina has a strong interest in Strategic Marketing and Consumer Behaviour in digital disruption with the vast growth of Digital Innovation and Customer Experience. She won the best paper award in 2017’s ICIRSTM conference at NUS, Singapore. Kartina has been continuously participating in various professional conferences as speaker/facilitator/moderator.
