Karl Lawless is the VP of Insurance at FintechOS. He is responsible for helping insurance companies overcome their business challenges by supercharging their customer experience and engagement.

At FintechOS Karl helps new insurance companies enter the market and supports existing ones to improve customer relationships digitally, launch new systems, automate new systems, and enter new geographies.

Karl has over 20 years of experience of working in insurance and insurtech. He began his career as an underwriter before moving into technology. During his career he has held a range of high-level management positions at leading companies including Zurich, Chubb, Salesforce and Sapiens.
