Karen joined IBA in 2015 and is responsible for Sales. Prior to joining IBA, Karen worked in various roles for IBM in Denmark and the UK and has an international background with over 20 years of experience working with digital transformation within Insurance, Media, Telco, and Retail industries. Karen specializes in the realisation of innovative, digital and cost-efficient propositions, to help clients capture value from disruptive changes in the insurance industry.
