Julien Creuzé joined BlackFin Capital Partners in 2016 to launch and manage their Fintech VC team. The firm closed a €180 Fintech & Insurtech fund in 2018 and has since led the €15m Series A of Dutch insurtech Friss and the £8m Series B of London-based Ravelin.
Prior to joining BlackFin, Julien spent 6 years with the French VC firm Aster Capital, starting in Paris and then moving to San Francisco to launch Aster’s US presence. He had started his career in the startup ecosystem as an entrepreneur in residence at Agoranov, a Paris-based tech incubator where he co-founded Antelink in 2009.
A French national, Julien is a graduate of the Ecole Polytechnique and the Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Mines de Paris.
