Jonathan is Head of Technology at C. Hoare & Co, the UK’s oldest bank. With over 15 years’ experience, initially in leading large scale, technology enabled, transformation across finance and the public sector, and in recent years as a senior leader within technology; Jonathan is passionate about the use of technology to deliver real value for the customer. At Hoare’s, Jonathan has led the bank’s adoption of cloud and DevOps, to reduce time to market for new services, overseen significant investment in information security and leads the bank’s drive to utilise technology to drive a deeper understanding of the customer.
