Johan Camp combines a Master of Science in Computer Sciences Engineering with a Master in General Management and – more recently – Master in Insurance. Starting his career in IT, he quickly moved to the finance industry (corporate banking), was an investment manager for a VC investing in IT startups, was co-founder of an OTT TV start-up and was appointed as Chief Operating Officer of ERGO Insurnace for the Benelux about a year ago. As COO Johan is responsible for customer services, the contact center, IT, demand delivery management, procurement and facilities.
