Jochen Haug is the Chief Claims Officer of Allianz Germany and also Member of the Board of Management of Allianz Vers. AG.
During his 14 years within Allianz Group he previously has held several senior positions such as Regional Chief Business Officer, being responsible for Products, Underwriting and Claims in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE), Head of P/C Operations for Northern Germany & Head of the Allianz Cologne Office, Regional Chief Financial Officer for Allianz Asia Pacific in Singapore, and Sales Area Manager at Allianz Germany in Düsseldorf.
Before joining Allianz Jochen practiced law and worked with international law firms in Frankfurt, New York, Hong Kong and Tokyo – he is admitted as Attorney-at-Law in the US (New York) as well as in Germany.
His academic background is in Law & Business. He graduated with a German law degree from the University of Tübingen and a US law degree (LL.M.) from the University of Michigan Law School. Furthermore he holds a joint Global MBA degree from Columbia Business School / London Business School / Hong Kong University and is a Graduate (AMP) from Harvard Business School.
