A former mergers and acquisition and technology attorney with extensive experience in business development and public policy in fintech. Jeff oversees sales, marketing, client relations and government affairs at VPay. He has worked with early stage and growth companies throughout his career helping build them into scalable businesses. A sought after legislative and thought leader, Jeff’s deep insurance industry expertise and legislative involvement has given him unique insight into the rapid evolution of claim payments and data and the opportunities at the intersection of insurance, security and fintech. Jeff graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Kansas and received a Juris Doctor, Order of the Coif, from the Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law. He lives with his wife and their twin son and daughter in Dallas, Texas.
