Hobie Bond is the Head of Innovation for the Zurich North America Technical Underwriting team.  He leads the delivery of Telematics, Internet of Things, and Innovation for underwriting across all business units.  His cross functional team leverages cutting edge technology, insights, and processes to drive improved risk assessment, process efficiency, and customer service.   Hobie had a 30 year background in actuarial science, product management, telematics, data analytics, process automation, and platform transformation with two prior national P&C carriers before joining ZurichNA in March 2025.
