Fleur Dujardin (1974) is Managing Director of InShared since 2016. A fully digital (general) insurer that made insurance just as easy as internet banking. InShared is the first insurer to guarantee any surplus profits being paid back to its customers. Under her leadership, the company continues its ambitious growth strategy and has started the (international) expansion of its own unique digital platform for non-life insurers.

Fleur studied at the Hotel Management School and obtained her MBA at Nyenrode Business University in 1999. At that moment she started her career at an internet start-up after which she joined the financial sector. She started as a marketing trainee at ING, where she was ultimately responsible for internet banking and payment as marketing manager. In 2010 Fleur switched to insurance and was responsible for marketing, customer experience and digital innovation at OHRA, Delta Lloyd and ultimately Achmea as commercial director.

Fleur is married and the mother of two sons.
