Em is on a mission to make innovation happen in Insurance. A past as entrepreneur and management consultant, he covered several roles as Project, Programme Manager and Head of PMO across Europe with a focus on Operations, Technology and Product Development. After co-funding the Innovation Lab for a London Market Broker, he joined Generali where he is helping enable and drive innovation globally. Fascinated by new ideas, he loves to break the silos and allow different cultures, expertise and personalities to cross-pollinate and push the boundaries of what is possible.
