Dogan is an insurance professional and an entrepreneur, with 15+ years of extensive experience in business development, strategy, and leadership fields. He held various executive roles at Allianz, in different countries. Currently he is the Head of Programs Business in North America, and he is involved in innovation various projects. He has a bachelor degree in actuarial science. In addition to his role at Allianz, he is a co-founder of several tech startups. He was named among the “HOT 100” in 2019 by Insurance Business Magazine for redefining the insurance industry; and one of the 30 “Innovators to Watch” by Digital Insurance conference.
