Dean is Sapiens’ Sales Director for P&C. Having started his working life as a trainee underwriter for Zurich Insurance and implemented core platforms as a Lead BA/Principal Consultant, he moved into a business development role, where he continued to solve insurer challenges and shape solutions. As sales leader, he helps insurers in many different countries digitally transform their businesses and embrace new operating models, products, and services through use of IoT, using big data, providing embedded insurance and using APIs to connect and embrace different ecosystems.
