David has worked in the UK insurance market for more than 35 years, having successfully managed underwriting and broking teams for several global insurers and brokers. 

In his current role as Head of Motor, UK & Lloyds, at AXA XL, David manages a professional underwriting team that deals with some of the largest UK and European fleets. He continues to innovate and strengthen his division’s offering by bringing together expertise from underwriting, claims and risk management. 

 David has developed a very wide network of contacts within insurers, brokers and clients, seeing strong relationships as key to true partnership.
