Dan Robinson is the Transformation Director for More Than Insurance, part of the RSA group. At More Than Dan’s focus is on driving forward both the technology and cultural transformation of the business, incorporating agile and lean approaches with a large dose of customer focus to drive an agenda of pace, accountability and relentless test and learn. With an early background in Microbiology and Virology, followed by time in manufacturing process optimisation using a combination of Six Sigma and Lean, Dan brings a passion for proper experimental design combined with his 10 years of change and business leadership experience. Previously Dan has been the head of the Green Flag breakdown business, Sales Director for Direct Home Insurance at AXA/Swiftcover and more recently the head of Motor for More Than.
