Crystal van Oosterom is the Head of Engagements EMEA of Tractable, which develops artificial intelligence software for accident and disaster recovery. Her role is to help the largest global insurers implement and adopt the AI technology across their business lines. Prior to Tractable, Crystal specialised in Analytics and in Recovery & Transformation Services at McKinsey. She combines business with an understanding of mathematical modelling, having studied Complex Systems Modelling and Economics & Management at KCL and Oxford.
