In her role, Corinne Southarewsky is responsible for leading the Claims function in Asia and Europe for AXA XL with the aim to deliver a superior and differentiated claims service to our clients everywhere in the world.

As a member of the Regional AXA XL Leadership Team, she is actively contributing to the data and analytics strategy  and its implementation through AXA XL insurance activities with all stakeholders, including prevention engineers.

Ms. Southarewsky has an extensive industry experience, in transformation management, driving cross-functional collaboration across diverse international teams in order to deliver the best services to clients. Lately, she had been Global Head of Claims for AXA Corporate Solutions from 2012 up to the AXA XL merger and was Head of Global Claims Operations for AXA XL over the last 2 years, fostering transformation and innovation towards improving of the claim services and simplifying the claim handlers daily activities.
