With over six years of experience in medicine and management, I am a medical leader and strategist at Zurich Insurance Germany, where I hold the dual roles of Chief Medical Officer and Head of Strategic & Operational Development for Underwriting Life. In these positions, I leverage my expertise in insurtech, digital health, and health economics to drive the transformation of the insurance industry into a more agile, dynamic, and customer-centric sector.

As a doctor and a management master’s graduate, I combine my passion for improving health outcomes with my skills in organizational development, innovation, and leadership. I have a proven track record of delivering impactful projects and initiatives, such as founding and building a multi-national NGO with a budget of 2.5 million euros, winning the first ever national award of “Student of the Year”, and obtaining multiple scholarships and honors.
