Ben Neyland is Head of Counter Fraud for Admiral Insurance. With almost 20 years’ experience within their Claims department Ben has split his time equally between claims handling and management. Ben has worked operationally in several areas of Claims (including a spell in Fraud) before returning to the department in 2018 to be the Head of.

Ben’s experience of the wider Claims department combined with his many years of handling experience ensures that he brings a holistic approach to the fight against fraud, blending together counter fraud handling processes with technology to ensure the most robust of counter fraud strategies.
