I have been pushing the potential of digital & mobile innovation and the opportunities that exist within this area of consumer technology development for many years and can draw on my experience of launching Mobile as a new channel for banking that has transformed that industry’s customer relationships.
My belief is that the market and consumers are now absolutely ready for data enrichment, social, and location based technologies to improve their relationship with brands and to simplify their sales and service experience. My experience has given me a global platform to view and influence developments in consumer tech trends and explore the challenge of introducing a simpler, more engaging way of using technology to get day to day tasks done. This has turned my attention to the Insurance industry as a burgeoning area of potential disruption and opportunity and is the area where I am now focussed on transforming customer experience and digital interactions as an entrepreneur in the FinTech space.
