Arslan was appointed the Head of Market Management for Zurich UK in early 2017.  In this newly created role, Arslan’s responsibilities include new ventures, proposition development, deal management, service delivery and operations.  Additionally, Arslan and his team have a focus on bringing a new generation of customer centric, innovative propositions to market.  Arslan started his career as a graduate underwriter in Zurich’s UK business and has since held a variety of roles in both mature and emerging markets.  Before relocating to London to take up his current role, Arslan spent time developing the group’s strategy in Zurich.  Prior to that, Arslan was based in Dubai and played a pivotal role in the creation of Zurich’s Retail division in the Middle East.  Arslan holds a degree in Accounting and Finance and spent most of his childhood as an expat, having lived in Sweden, Malaysia, Singapore, Dubai and now London.
