Alina Schatten (nee Jipa) – Alina has worked in the insurance industry for 10 years and is currently Integration Programme Director at RSA, leading the DLG commercial lines brokered business integration into RSA. Prior to this, Alina held a variety of roles in the insurance industry, from Chief of Staff to the CEO of RSA UK & International to data and operations leadership roles. In addition to the day job, Alina is a CII London Institute ExCo and Council member and a Co-Chair for the Young Members’ Committee.
