Zoe has worked in the HR field since 1998 and within Financial Services for the past ten years, most recently with First Central Insurance & Technology Group and formally with The People’s Pension. Zoe has a wide remit in her current role, covering Reward, Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partnering, HR Systems, Reporting & Analytics and Facilities. Most recently she has led the successful implementation of the Workday HRIS, redesigned the businesses approach to performance management, introduced a pay grading framework and introduced flexible and hybrid working approaches. Currently she is working on several interesting projects including developing strategies for ESG, HR and ED&I and a new approach to strategic workforce planning. Outside of work, Zoe has a busy family life with three daughters, one granddaughter and a cocker spaniel, she also volunteers as a Trustee at Crawley Town FC Community Foundation and as a Non-Exec Board member on the Crawley College Stakeholder Board and Resources Committee.
