With 22 years of experience, thereof 15 years in life insurance and 7 years in banking, Yoga is now assuming responsibility as Head of Credit Life and Emerging Consumers Business. Since joining Allianz in 2011, he managed the transformation of Allianz’s Microinsurance from a CSR initiative into social-business activity which is proven as a viable business while at the same time demonstrating social impacts to low income people.  As member of Microinsurance Taskforce under (OJK), Yoga involved in the preparation of Indonesia Microinsurance Grand Design in 2013, actively contributes in many national and international forums and now is assigned as leader of AAJI’s Working Group for Microinsurance Training and Certification.
