Dr Wolff Graulich is a member of the board of ELEMENT Insurance AG. Prior to joining the white label product factory for insurance, he was director of AXA’s corporate customer business and responsible, among other things, for the development of strategic competitive positioning and the optimisation of business processes, also taking into account increasing digitalisation. Previously, Wolff Graulich worked in the international insurance businesses of Roland and ARAG. Among other things, he was responsible for setting up insurance start-ups in Great Britain and Scandinavia.
Dr Graulich holds a PhD in Molecular Biology and found a passion for the insurance industry at the Boston Consulting Group through various projects in the energy and insurance industries. He was born in the Rhineland and lives there with his wife and the youngest of his three sons.
