Will oversees everything related to the Marketplace at Starling Bank, which offers personal and business account customers integrations with useful services across a variety of areas including accountancy providers, pensions and wealth partners. His role includes defining the customer experience strategy for the Marketplace, onboarding new partners via Starling’s open APIs, and continuing to support partners once they’re live.  
 
Will has been with Starling Bank for almost five years, and has specialised in Payment and Banking Services within that time, focusing on onboarding and supporting new partners on to its B2B services.
