Vikas has diverse leadership experience of 20 years working in Financial Services across Asia, Europe and US. Currently as Managing Director at AXA Group Innovation, he is responsible for building strategic partnerships with disruptive players in digital and sharing economy, developing new business models and be-spoke customer solutions for them. Key partnership examples include  BlaBlaCar, Uber, Alibaba, Jumia among others. Earlier worked with American Express, leading digital transformation globally, managing large restructuring initiatives and building new business models across various payment businesses. Beyond corporate life, Vikas has a passion for incubating new business ideas and start-ups through early stage investing and advice in Europe and Asia.
