Tobias Lund-Eskerod is Head of CRM & Customer Development, Nordic at Gjensidige Insurance Nordic.
He is responsible for Operational Reporting and for assisting the Danish part of the organisation in terms of creating data-driven decisions with customer needs in focus.
Besides the exciting challenges at Gjensidige, Tobias has for the past 4 years been with CBS (Copenhagen Business School), teaching Market Analysis at Cand.merc.EMF focused on the use of multivariate analysis in addition to being a Masters Thesis Supervisor.
