Tim is Head of Claims Carrot Insurance, part of the TGG Group of Companies and controls all strategic and operational activities relating to the use of telematics claims data for the group. Tim has developed the Carrot Insurance claims processes which deepen the application of telematics data for Carrot insurer panel members to realise industry leading benefits in financial savings for indemnity costs and claims processing for personal lines insurance, predominantly focused on young driver risk. Personal input in the claims environment has delivered exceptional value with loss ratio savings close to eight percentage point improvement and further deepening the panel client relationships and end customer service.

From an insurance background, Tim has worked a wide range of insurers and supply chain partner delivering progressing value and building on experience in the insurance sector. Tim is professionally qualified and certified to Chartered Insurance Institute standards.

Tim has built a strong relationship with leading insurers and supplier, building advocacy on the use of telematics data for insurance claims resolution.

Tim’s involvement with IMS and Carrot Insurance as part of the wider TGG Group is to embed claims services into new territories, further enhancing the groups products with existing and new insurer partners to deliver outstanding value and customer service in the new driver sector.
