Thomas has more than 20 years of experience working with organisations on their innovation agenda, digital transformation and change management. He has spent more than 12 years in the Financial Services sector working for Credit Suisse and as a consultant (Accenture and PA Consulting) for the likes of Aviva, Barclays, HSBC, UBS, amongst others. He is the founder of Blue Spaze (human-centred innovation) and Co-Founder of The Collective Organisation (Innovation Ecosystems) supporting organisations bringing the right ideas to market focusing on personalised customer experiences, human-centred innovation and making informed data driven decisions. He also supports organisations to enhance innovation through co-creation, leverage the diverse perspectives and skillsets of multiple stakeholders to create new and impactful solutions through ecosystems.
